A well received gig

The Love Commandos played a well received gig last night at the Hare & Hounds Pub in Kings Heath. Quite a good venue. It would also seem that people enjoy our original material as well. We must get back to producing that demo.

Broke through the 500 hits barrier recently.

Rob due to have his wrist repaired

As Rob is due to have his wrist repaired two days before Chalky’s birthday gig (which is apparently a five band bill) , we rehearsed songs that we felt that, if we had to, we could play in his absence. Sadly this means that our original material may not get an outing until November.

Andy discussed the merits and flaws of a certain drum kit manufacturer.

Almost playing a last minute gig

After almost playing a last minute gig we knuckled down to more serious pursuits like deciding how committed Andy was to the Wonderwoman theme song.   “Suck MyCow Pat” moved forward but still lacks any words whatsoever. The Masked Marauder turned himself in after overwhelming evidence as to his identity. No more shall he haunt the guest book with his music trivia challenges. He would have gotten away with it too if it hadn’t been for those pesky kids. Much talk of who would be who in both the A-Team and Play School. Any other suggestions for TV series and who should be who gratefully received. We may even publish them. Table included below for both the A-Team and Play School.

The rumoured December gig has been removed from the schedule.

Come and see us live! We’re much more active than the photographs suggest!! Honest…. OK, maybe not, but it is a hell of a lot of fun for us to see a full house, so get on down to our next gig, and this time get up and dance or at least sing along! We’re only here for the fun, we want you to have as much fun as possible during our short time on stage too.
