A big thank you to our fans!

Posted by zakala on Jun 1, 2010 in Band news

Thanks to all our fans that came out to support the Love Commandos gig at Subside Bar last night. We had a great time and although we were the only band playing there was a reasonable audience in attendance. We even managed to entice a few passing strangers into the bar with our cover of “I’m Not OK” which just shows what a draw My Chemical Romance songs are.
Thanks to Subside for giving us the opportunity to play and hopefully we’ll be back again in the future.

Kiss this

Posted by Neil Horsburgh on May 7, 2010 in Album news, Band news

I can confirm that Paul Stanley of Kiss has had a copy of the brand new album “Siren” for at least as long as it took him to leave the room we were both in. He did promise to listen to it but to be honest, I don’t mind. I am just extremely happy that Paul Stanley has, however possibly briefly, been the owner of an album that I have made – especially considering the number of recordings I own with Paul on them. Now, if I can just get a t-shirt to Jennifer Aniston….

Big in Japan

Posted by admin on Apr 8, 2010 in Band news

No rehearsals for a couple of weeks while our erstwhile singer gads about in the land of the rising sun.
He assures us he went to see the cherry blossom, but we suspect it’s all a little more Anneka than Alphaville. He also said he was going to smuggle a few of our CDs into the country since the Japanese are well known for their love of loud rock music and scantily clad young ladies. Oh did we not mention that? You’ll have to get a copy of the CD to find out what that’s all about!
